The 2016 CLVI. Act 9 / H. § (2), all guests, both adults and minors, are obliged to hand over their personally identifiable identity card (identity card, passport) to the host for the purpose of data recording. The data is managed by the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ) and the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA). Failure to present an identification card will result in a mandatory refusal of the accommodation service, it will be considered as if the guest has not arrived and can be sanctioned in the manner specified in the cancellation policy.
In view of the above, all our guests are kindly requested to check the validity of their ID card before travel and to prepare it at check-in.
